Where quiet resilience takes root.
We’re here to help you move through life’s most challenging moments with clarity, compassion, and strength you may not even know you have yet.
A safe space for healing, discovery and growth
Resolve and Resilience Counseling, PLLC is a telehealth-based therapy practice dedicated to supporting individuals through some of life’s hardest transitions. With a focus on accessibility and comfort, clients can connect with their therapist from the privacy of their own space — without sacrificing the depth and effectiveness of in-person care. Sessions are delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, offering a flexible and timely way to begin or continue therapy when it’s needed most.
This practice specializes in working with clients navigating adoption, infertility, medical trauma, adjustment disorders, identity expression, and anxiety disorders — experiences that often feel isolating and overwhelming. Here, therapy goes deeper than symptom relief: it’s a compassionate space to process life’s complexity, find validation in your lived experience, and build skills for healing and growth.
At Resolve and Resilience, the goal is to help you reconnect with your own inner strength. Resilience isn’t about avoiding hardship — it’s about learning to move through it with courage, clarity, and self-compassion. Whether you’re managing a new diagnosis, facing anxiety, or seeking steadier ground during a major life change, therapy is a place to align with your personal best — however that looks for you.
Adoption
Adoption can bring complex emotions for everyone involved — from navigating grief and loss to building new attachments. Therapy offers a safe space to process these layers and strengthen healthy relationships.
Infertility
Struggling to grow your family through infertility treatments can feel isolating, overwhelming, and unpredictable. Therapy helps you process grief, manage stress, and find resilience through each step of the journey.
Medical Trauma
Experiencing or recovering from serious medical events can leave lasting emotional scars. Whether it be a personal diagnosis, or someone you love, counseling provides support to process fear, anxiety, and grief while rebuilding trust in your body and your sense of safety.
Adjustment Disorders
Major life changes — expected or not — can overwhelm even the strongest people. Therapy can help you make sense of new circumstances, manage stress, and regain a sense of balance.
Identity Expression
Exploring or expressing your identity can bring up questions, fears, or conflicts with others. Therapy offers an affirming space to process who you are and how you want to show up in the world.
Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety that disrupts daily life may keep you stuck in worry or fear. Therapy provides tools to manage symptoms, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build confidence to handle your anxious thoughts and feelings.
